Both sites are free to enter. However, Wadi Shab requires a 1 OMR boat fee. Some private tours include this fee, but most group tours do not.
Most full-day tours include a basic lunch. Food is usually not provided during the month of Ramadan.
Tours depart from Muscat. Private tours pick you up at your hotel. Group tours use designated meeting points or select hotel zones.

I enjoyed every moment — from exploring breathtaking wadis and mountains to relaxing at peaceful beaches — all made even more special by the guide’s thoughtful planning and genuine care. The experience was not only smooth and comfy but also deeply memorable.
Its was the great experience and the crystal clear water in the valley was too good to see. I was not expected that with my friends but it was great friends trip.
It was fantastic. Amazing the water in between the rocks. And after the hot walk was swimming very welcome. The lunch was very good and the sinkhole with the ‘fish-feet-wellness’ was a nice end of the trip. The guide was patient and helpful when people had troubles with hiking and he was very friendly. I had a good and intensive day.
